Welcome to Hanna Heino website and online shop. These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made from hannaheino.com. When placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Please carefully read the terms and conditions before placing your order.

ORDERS
Once you have placed your order by filling in the 'order form' in the website, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and after that an invoice within 24 hours by email.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are indicated in EUR and 10% Finnish sales (artist) tax/VAT is included. Local customs fee, tax and duties are not included.
Please note that if your order is placed outside the EU you may not have to pay the Finnish sales tax/VAT, but you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Hanna Heino is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges. Always ask a quote regarding purchases outside the Eu by email, please contact hheino@gmail.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return of your purchase may be made within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through hannaheino.com. If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused and clean. Please email hheino@gmail.com before sending your piece back to confirm you are doing so. If you regret your purchase, please send or deliver the item to:

Please inform of your shipping tracking number by email to hheino@gmail.com. You must return the item in the original packaging. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package yourself until it is received by Hanna Heino. The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped no later than 14 days after you have notified that you wish to cancel your purchase. Your refund will be credited to the same card/bank account to make the original purchase.
Private commissions and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS
The goods are insured in transit. Please verify the package and content upon receipt. In case of damaged items in transit, please email hheino@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with attached evidence photos. In case of a complaint or an order not delivered, please contact hheino@gmail.com
COLOUR AND SHAPE
All ceramic pieces and paintings are made by hand by Hanna Heino in Finland. Each piece is carefully created with precision and personality and one of a kind. Every artwork is signed by the artist.
Every effort is made to ensure colours appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, the exact colour depiction cannot be guaranteed.
CARE AND USE
Please handle the artwork with extra care. Always lift/move the artwork with both hands and it is recommended to use white cotton gloves. Hanna Heino is not responsible for broken pieces from mishandling. Depending on the surface you intend to place the ceramic piece on, you may wish to attach felt to the bottom of a sculpture. Hanna Heino is not responsible for marks left on surfaces that the artworks may leave due to the textured surface.

Hanna Heino is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is received securely through SSL and will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.
GOVERNING LAW
The agreement to sell and purchase items from hannaheino.com shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding the conflict of law rules.
